WHO AM I? Search Executive / Recruitment Director / Business Owner: after working internally and externally in technical recruitment since 2003, supporting Tier 1s, heading up global resourcing teams in London for Reed, relocating to Qatar in the Middle East, working internally for firms like WorleyParsons, BHPB and Santos GLNG. I wanted to work in an agile search and recruitment delivery environment. I am a specialist search recruiter and leader who is passionate about providing recruitment solutions and innovating our industry with new search approaches, systems,and technology. With a psychology and Coaching /Master NLP qualification I seek out the behavioural attributes necessary to be successful in the role and look for matches on both a behavioural and qualification basis and it’s my pleasure to support decisions with Psychometric Testing where appropriate.
